Vietnam

This was a 2,100 kilometer solo ride by Tom in February of 2009.  I took a bus from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang on the coast and then cycled north through Da Nang and Hue to the old border between South and North Vietnam.  I then returned inland through the central highlands, going through towns made famous during the Vietnam (known here as the “American”) War – Dac To, Pleiku and Khe Sanh, before returning to Nha Trang and Ho Chi MInh City.
